All Mr. Drip & Co products are shipped via FedEx and are insured for the invoiced amount.

Once your item is shipped, the Fedex tracking number will be sent to you via email. All Items are shipped Priority Overnight.

We offer FedEx international shipping to countries outside of the U.S. If you'd like to know if we ship to your destination please contact us.

There are possible customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by Mr. Drip & Co. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. Mr. Drip & Co. has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the USA. In case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed. Please call your local Customs & Duties Offices for more information regarding excise duties.

Items can be placed on lay-away for 90 days. A deposit of 25% is required to start the process. Certain items are not eligible for lay away. Including watches and items under $2,000. If the open balance isn't cleared after 90 days. A 20 day grace period is offered. After-which the deposit will be non refundable and the order will be closed. Once an item is paid in full. The item will be shipped or eligible for pick up in store.

We currently do not offer financing.

All of our watches are 100% authentic and in perfect working condition. All watches come complete with box & paperwork if available. Serial numbers are on all watches. The watches are the best available in the market of second hand, vintage timepieces and modern models. The vintage watches are gently worn & carefully selected to insure that they are in superb condition & will make our clients happy with their purchase. A complete inspection, cleaning & servicing is performed on vintage watches prior to being sold except if not advertised in the listing. We do NOT sell or deal with replica products.

While we are not an authorized or direct dealer for Rolex or any of the watch brands we sell, all of our watches come directly from authorized dealerships and well respected industry wholesalers.

Monday through Friday we are opened 11:00am-5:00pm MST, you don't need an appointment to come by the shop on weekdays. On Sunday Mr. Drip & Co. visits are by appointment only.

Laboratory appraisal certificates are available upon request. Pricing will vary based upon the size of the jewelry.

We do not offer jewelry insurance. However when shopping with us we will recommed some companies for jewelry insurance. All companies are well respected in the industry.
